Corrections and factual reports

The fastest route to a fix is a report that includes the page URL, the specific claim, and a source. Use the corrections policy as a guide to what to include.

Institutions

Institutions may submit corrected details, official source links and updated programme information. Inclusion or correction is not conditional on any commercial arrangement.

Editorial contact

For editorial matters, source suggestions, research collaboration or reporting on an inaccuracy that affects a person’s decision-making, use the editorial address published in the site footer.

What we cannot help with

This site does not process applications, provide immigration advice, arrange admissions, act as an agent for any institution, or intervene in disputes with institutions or authorities. Please contact the institution or authority directly. For travel arrangements in Jordan, the relevant service provider is the correct point of contact.
