Reaching conversational comfort in Jordanian Arabic and functional reading in MSA typically takes sustained study measured in months of intensive work, not weeks. Programmes that promise otherwise are selling something other than language acquisition. The most useful question to ask an institute is not 'how fast?', but 'what will I be able to do at the end of this term?'
